Costco does some really great good quality meats at reasonable prices. Plus as a bonus you can buy in bulk and prep your meals.

This can be a bit tricky if you are aiming for organic keto whereby you are only eating grass-fed meat. Sometimes the butcher knows but sometimes they don’t.
This is a good budget option – after all, it is better to still be keto on cheaper meat than suffering inflammation of a high carb diet.

I find that I use my butter, double cream and cream cheese A LOT in my keto lifestyle. Whether its to hit my macros by adding a tablespoon of butter or brewing my bulletproof coffee – dairy is a staple for me.

Aldi or Lidl really can be beaten for price and quality. I stock up on my dairy keto kitchen essentials there. Plus did you know that you can freeze butter? I always pick up extra when they are on sale.
Keto flours and sweeteners
Keto baking can be a fun and rewarding exercise in faith. You never really know how something is going to turn out. I enjoy trying out baked keto good recipes especially as I have 5 kids who are curious about the things I eat.
